There will be live online consultations with the professional on Thursdays at 18:00h (CET/CES) and you will also have a closed messaging channel. (If you can’t attend the classes, you will be able to watch them recorded).
The course consists of 10 video classes, with a total of 60′ minutes, which you can watch at your own pace.
Also included in the course are 2 Guides: The Essence of Dwelling & The Guide to Discovery.
In the guide Essence of Feeling at Home you will learn to recognise in a simple way the elements of the environment & their impact on our health and well-being.
Everyone feels comfortable in their own way and it is up to you to recognise yours. By transforming your space and identifying with it, you will give it your personality and re-establish the link with nature. Less is More.
By having a holistic understanding of your environment together with the right tools to transform it, you will achieve the essence of feeling at home.
With the Discovery Guide you will complete the entire MUMA Method.
